If your order was damaged in transit, we can issue a replacement or a refund, after you have supplied photos of the damaged item and packaging.
If you had an error on the order details, entered when placing the order, we don't accept returns for customer error, or for wrong size ordered, or customer oversight, or partial returns.
We don't offer refunds if a customer enters an incomplete or incorrect shipping address. Instead we offer to re ship the order once returned, for a re shipping fee pertinent to the country the order is re shipping to. The re shipping fee information for your country is available if you contact customer service at hello@getlunar.art
Gift Cards:
There are no refunds or exchanges on our gift cards and they are not redeemable for cash or resale.
